Not I, But Christ
From the very beginning in January 1992, with 43 charter members, NorthSide Community Church, embraced the mission:
To be a glowing light to all people; Pointing them to God through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Today, with over 200 families, the mission continues to be all about Christ and not ourselves. We express this mission as:
Not I, but Christ.
This mission reminds us that we do not exist for ourselves, but we exist for Christ! Not I, but Christ teaches us that we do not serve ourselves, but, in our service to each other, we are serving Christ. Not I, but Christ means that we do not reach out to others simply to increase our statistics, but we reach out so others can come to know, love, and embrace Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord joining with countless others around the world in glorifying Him forever!
We welcome with open arms people from all walks of life, all ethnic, cultural, and racial backgrounds to come and join us in discovering what life is truly about... Not I, but Christ!
